Instructions:
1. Set your browser to allow pop-ups and javascript from this site.
2. The Registration Form text boxes are not enabled until your order has been "VERIFIED" from PayPal.
3. Select a membership plan.
4. Click the "Buy Now" button to pay for your membership on the secure PayPal web site.
5. Click the Return to SenateReports.com button from the "Thank you for your payment - PayPal" page. Do not close your browser window! Click 'Continue' on the Security Warning message box. No financial information is being passed back to this page.
6. Fill in all the text boxes on the SenateReports.com™ Registration Form.
7. User Name must be unique to SenateReports.com™ and contain no spaces between characters.
   • An error message will be displayed if User Name is not unique.
   • User Name and Password must be case sensitive.
   • User Name and Password must be between 8 and 20 characters long.
8. Click the Submit button or press the Enter key to finalize your membership.
9. DO NOT RELOAD OR REFRESH THIS PAGE after clicking the Submit button!

10. Members can extend ther expiration date of their existing membership plan.
11. Members that renew their membership with the 1 year plan can subtract their total paid memberships from $37.95 (current 1 year plan), with the difference up to $22.95 applied as a discount. This will leave a balance for a 1 year plan to be between $15 and $36.
