Introduction
1.View
each slide by clicking the Slide arrows to go forward or backwards without
starting the slide show.
2.View
each slide by clicking inside the Outline frame without starting the slide
show.
3.View
text content of each slide by clicking the Expand/Collapse button.
4.Select
inside the Outline and then clicking the Slide Show button will start the
slide show from that slide.
5.Make
sure that the Introduction slide is selected.
6.Click
the Slide Show button in the lower right corner to start the slide show.
7.Once
the Slide Show button is clicked the slide show will start, use your mouse to
go forward thru the slide
show.
•Right clicking your
mouse will bring up a sub menu.
•Select “Next” from the
sub menu will perform the next action or wait for the “Next” button to appear, select “Previous” to return to the previous
action or select the “Previous” button, select “End” or select the “End Show” button to end the
slide show.
8.Select
the home icon will return you the Table of Contents page.
9.Select
the Help link within the SenateReports.com™ main database web site to open the
correlating PowerPoint slide within
this demonstration.
